MODUS believes loving where you work is integral to personal and professional fulfillment. Our team thrives not only in the office but also by engaging in various activities and events that foster camaraderie, wellness, and community involvement. This year, our team has participated in events that reflect our commitment to a balanced and enjoyable work environment.

Annual Team Events We’ve Participated In This Summer:

  • The Pigman Triathlon: A challenging and exciting event that brought our team together to push their limits and support each other.
  • MODUS Annual Golf Outing: A fun-filled day on the greens where colleagues connected over friendly competition and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors.
  • Market to Market Relay: A team relay race beginning in Jefferson, IA, and finishing in downtown Des Moines.
  • Des Moines Corporate Games: A company-based competition running from late May to July 31.

 

   

Des Moines Corporate Games

Currently, we are proudly participating in the Des Moines Corporate Games.  Des Moines Corporate Games is about fostering teamwork, company pride, and corporate wellness through healthy competition.

With over twenty-five events and competitions ranging from ultimate frisbee to bike rides, yoga to team trivia, and more; there is something for everyone. These activities not only support physical health but also encourage team building and a fun work culture.

 

 

Giving Back This Summer:

  • Meals from the Heartland: A rewarding experience where we helped pack meals to fight hunger, demonstrating our commitment to giving back to the community.
  • American Heart Association’s Shoot from the Heart: Participating in this event reinforced our dedication to promoting heart health and supporting a great cause.
  • Cedar Valley United Way Annual Golf Outing: A four-person best-shot tournament in support of the United Way.
  • Greater Des Moines’ Habitat for Humanity Build Day: Our team rolled up their sleeves to help build homes, showcasing our hands-on approach to making a difference.
  • MODUS Annual Blood Drive: Tuesday, July 23rd – 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Bloodmobile, 100 Court Ave, Des Moines, IA 50309
